Sweater Weather

You know what are cool?

Jackets.

You know what are cooler?

OVERSIZED PULLOVER SWEATERS!

One of my new "things" is to embrace "sweater weather" by substituting my normal, go-to jackets and hoodies (which I love, I have decided that I am officially a "hoodie" person), with large, crazy sweaters.

Here are a few of my favorites:

This one is probably the least extreme/closest to a "real" sweater. But it is great, isn't it? I dig the colors and the pattern, especially since I was in the market for a tribal print sweater. AND it came from the Halloween boutique (of course it did)!

This is one of those pieces that I wasn't sure about but am now so incredibly glad I got. This strangely boxy, flowy, angora sweater looks awesome over almost anything that isn't similarly boxy and flowy.

This piece is the closest one to a real jacket as it has, among many strange components, a thick padded lining. I am going to do some work on the neck—cutting of it down the middle and adhering a button to make it more of a collared neck, rather than a turtle (barf)—but the fact that this pullover has that weird eagle on the front, pockets and is trimmed in leather made it a must buy.

I know. You are totally screaming with jealousy. AND it was from the Halloween boutique.
